Ready to quit smoking?

Tried before but only get so far? Not enough willpower? Then I have great news for you! There’s nothing wrong with you, nobody has much willpower. Will power is located in the conscious part of our minds, which constitutes only 5 to 10% of your actual mind power, while your subconscious holds the lions’ share: a whopping 90 to 95%! By engaging the remarkable capacity of you subconscious mind success is achievable. Achievable faster and easier.

Because we are all individuals the reasons you started in the first place, the reasons you continue, and the daily routines of your habit will differ from everyone else’s. This is why the ‘one size fits all’ approach to using hypnotherapy for smoking cessation is less successful. There are many layers and sub-habits to this habit, as you probably know: there’s the one you have with your coffee, on your drive to work, after a meal, you get the idea. As well, stress, anxiety, boredom, weight management, and often deeper psychological aspects are strong contributors. A competent hypnotherapist will strategically address all of these facets and deliver those messages directly to your subconscious, your seat of change, and it works!

A good hypnotherapist will customize your sessions to suit you personally, and this method dramatically increases your chances of success, and speeds the process up! You get to where you want to be faster! Because you are a unique individual, I can’t say exactly how many sessions will get you to your goal, but I have found that on average, the most successful strategy is four sessions a week apart, then followed by two or three reinforcing sessions a month apart or as required. Many are pleased to find that they are able to leave the habit behind after the first session! They are simply no longer interested. As a bonus, with hypnotherapy, withdrawal symptoms are minimal.

Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit.
